Exhibitor List

To receive an Exhibitor List exhibitors must check in at the Michigan Poultry Fanciers club table before cooping-in.

Open Show

This is a two day poultry show for all exhibitors.  All entries must be cooped-in by 8:30am on Saturday morning and remain in their assigned coops until the show concludes, at 11am on Sunday morning.

Junior “Specials”
All birds entered will compete in the Open Show, which is a two day poultry show for all exhibitors.  Additionally Junior exhibitors (18 and under as per APA rules) may also compete for special Junior awards (aka “Specials”) by checking (“X”) the box on the Entry Form indicating they will be 18 or under, on the show dates.

Raffle and Silent Auction
Many great prizes are being donated by individuals and area businesses for our annual fund-raising raffle and silent auction. You do not have to be present during the drawing to win, but winners that aren’t present must pay to have items sent to them if the postage is over $1 or forfeit the prize.  Contact Kate Sparks if you can volunteer some time to help man the raffle tables or have something to donate.

Bird Auction*

We will feature a fundraising silent auction ending at 3pm on Saturday to benefit Michigan Poultry Fanciers.  Kim Aldrich is in charge.  Anyone wishing to donate show quality birds should contact him.

Sale Coops*
Sale Coops will be available at $3.00 each.  Only exhibitors and/or MPF members may sell poultry at the show in the Sale Area and they are encouraged to write their cell phone number on their sale coop tags to aid buyers in locating them.  No selling is allowed outside the building.  Contact Kim Aldrich if you can volunteer some time to oversee this area.

*A reminder - Health requirements are regulated by the State.  Exhibitors, of all poultry except waterfowl, must provide a parent flock NPIP certification number, VS9-2, VS9-3, or MDA state pullorum test certificate of Michigan before cooping-in birds for the show, sale area or Showmanship.  You are encouraged to have your birds tested before the show, but testers will be available to test birds at the show during coop-in times only.  There is a $1 per bird fee for this service.

Poultry Supplies

Victor, with Twin City Poultry Supplies (TwinCityPoultrySupplies.com) will be here again and this year.  You can save on shipping costs by placing your orders now for poultry supplies with Victor and picking the goods at the show.
